The Congress will be held in English.

Participation Certificate

Each participant will receive a Certificate of attendance, which will be sent by e-mail or downloaded from the MedEvents online platform.
Participants will only be able to receive their certificate of attendance once they have participated in the online sessions of the congress.

For any additional information in regards to the event, please contact the event operator at brainit@medevents.ro or fill up the corresponding form from the website.

Internet Access

For the stability of the internet connection it is recommended to use a LAN (wired) network and not a Wireless network. If this approach is not possible, it is not recommended to use the wireless network simultaneously with others because of the high data traffic generated that could affect the proper operation of the connection.

Event Access

For access in the congress room you will be using the log in data in the MedEvents online platform.

Information for Speakers

There will be accepted for presentation only the digital materials which respect the technical specifications agreed upon registration.

Media Politics

Photography and filming during the course are prohibited without written permission from the event Media Coordinator, whom you can contact at the brainit@medevents.ro.

Mobile phone

Mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.

Accreditation

An application to the UEMS – EACCME has been made for the accreditation of this event.
